My name is Malcolm Campbell.  I am a runner, coach and someone who continually attempts to tweak my activities to improve performance.  I am the current USATF National Masters Cross Country  and 10K Champion, and runner-up at the Half Marathon and Marathon.

As well as the above forementioned activities; I also am a partner in Campbell Family Chiropractic Center, where I offer stretching classes and marathon/ Peachtree training groups.

    Typical Week:
    Monday-Tempo run
    Tuesday-speed workout on the track
    Wednesday- 50 minute run
    Thursday-speed workout
    Friday-long run around 60 minutes

    This past week we started doing core training after our runs.
